Tracked Jetting Reel-1000s
Intended Use
The TRJ1000 is a self-propelled machine intended to transport and handle a high pressure water hose extension for cleaning drains and culverts.
The TJR1000 is provided with two threaded hose towing points where 1” & 1 ¼ “ hose from a jetting vehicle can be connected allowing the hose to be towed behind the TJR to its operating location.
The main components of the TJR consist of the Following:
- Powerpack and Tracking assembly – An assembly of a diesel engine driving hydraulic pumps connected to a pair of hydraulically driven tracks.
- Hose Reel- A hydraulically driven hose reel fitted with a manually operated hydraulic lever valve with speed control and free wheel.

Controls

Track Drive System
The drive system allows the unit to operate in conditions of wet or poor terrain. Fully laden ground contact pressure is 0.48 Kg/cm2.
Drive System
The drive is of the hydraulic type. There are two independently driven track motors. These are used for forward, reverse, right turn or left turn depending on the position selected for the two control levers. When the levers are in the neutral position the drive system is locked in position which prevents movement. The tracks used are made of rubber to minimise ground damage.
Engine
The engine is a Lombardini KDW702 diesel powered unit. This liquid-cooled compact engine is direct coupled to the hydraulic pump unit and so no belts or gears are required.
