The Blackline Safety G7 Dock facilitates bump tests and calibrations, generating data for device compliance reporting. When a G7 device is inserted and a test action is completed, the device automatically streams calibration and bump test logs in real-time back to the Blackline Live portal.
The Blackline Safety G7 Dock arrives ready to perform it requires no initial setup and can manage up to four single- or multi-gas cylinders.

The dock’s default configuration is a multi-gas mixture, although it also supports single-gas setups. Each dock has five ports at the back of the device ? four gas inlets and one outlet for exhausting calibration gas. G7 Dock is configurable to manage up to four single-gas cylinders. Many organizations leverage the convenience of multi-gas mixtures while others employ single-gas cylinders for the improved cost of detector testing and calibration. Blackline has designed G7 Dock to provide economical use of calibration gas, with a low flow rate.
The Gas inlet settings can be configured by Blackline’s Customer Care team. Dock’s server-stored configurations are updated when a G7 device is inserted, and update is selected from G7’s menu screen.
For situations where multiple G7s require calibration or bump testing simultaneously, up to five G7 Docks can be joined together to perform test functions across all connected devices.
